Train-the-Trainer
Train-the-trainer sessions allow you to expand your reach by growing your team of educators. Topics include the hows and whys of composting and/or gardening, identifying educational resources, and developing plans for effective outreach. Sessions range from 1 to 12 hours. Option to order supplemental materials, such as training manuals, composting supplies and promotionals.
Demonstrations
Composting, Gardening and Soil Health. Clear, engaging, hands-on instruction for composting and gardening topics including bin construction and maintenance, worm composting, establishing raised bed gardens, improving soil health and more. Can be for any age group.
Consulting and Advising
Technical and management expertise on issues related to compost site establishment and operation, and soil health management.
Stakeholder engagement
Identify potential partners essential to advancing established goals of governments and organizations. Establish contact with relevant stakeholders, conduct interviews, organize meetings, facilitate/coordinate interaction and engagement for productive working relationships and outcomes. Assemble all gathered information and report results and recommendations.
